Sorry Not Public was founded in 2026 as a partnership between operators and investors. We run one platform for both sides: a working environment where member companies plan, sell, deliver and get paid, and a fund that invests in the strongest of that work.
Members get more than tools. Our partners sit inside their workspace: reviewing bids, shaping proposals, watching the pipeline and the cash. By the time a company is ready to raise, the fund and its members already know the business from the inside.
We are selective by design. Membership is earned, not bought, and every member is someone we would back with our own capital. That standard is what makes the network worth joining.
